america could have prevented the whole thing from the beginning.
Let's show how bogus Russian security concerns with Ukraine joining nato are by pumping billions of dollars into the country in response to an invasion. Kinda proves their point, doesn't it? We could have negotiated but we didn't even try.

He spent 8 years of his life trying to overturn *** care and when the day came, he betrayed himself and everybody else just to spite Trump.

I would say put it to a vote in Ukraine but Zelensky labeled his political competition as sympathetic to Russia and banned them. Wonder if democrats are trying to pull a Zelensky on "maga" republicans?

the only thing americans can do is let it be known the weapons give away must be stopped and a treaty between russia and ukraine must be in place.

It's been out there as an allegation for a long time, and many on here have staunchly pushed back against it saying it was totally unsubstantiated.

What is incorrect about it, in YOUR view?

I think Smedley Butler got it right.

He was a water boy. He did as instructed.

You are giving him the false dignity of being a petty vengeance seeker.

I think Smedley Butler got it right.

I think service is an honorable calling.  I think that the military is the muscular arm of American foreign policy, and, while I don't always agree with they way it has been used in the past, that was oddly enough, always part of the mystique for me.... I was pledged to do my job to the best of my ability regardless of the circumstances and took great pride in doing so.

So much butthurt about  my truthful comments ....
A. How so much of the military is made up of Losers who barely passed HS. with all sorts of legal trouble, etc.....
B. Losers who couldn't make a living any other way and usually the first ones ordered to "take that hill"..
It was just too much truth for you to handle and your reaction was that of a butthurt teenage girl.
So you spent your life all day every day doing paper work   and now you think you're Paul Revere...... :rofl:

I hardly ever did paperwork.  I had yeomen to do that for me.  I was a ship driver, an engineer, and a weaponeer.

Yeah, my dog is the same way. Whatever I say, that is what he'll do.

So long as I'm a good guy, he's a good guy.

Do you see how many panhandlers there are, for america's "beloved" troops, that all the fake patriots "support"?

If they REALLY supported the troops, the troops would not NEED panhandlers. The U.S. government CLEARLY considers the troops suckers. They break it, they don't pay for it.

War is a racket. The people who declare the wars are skunks, and the people who fight the wars are suckers.

And if you want to know WHY people "serve," just watch how they get recruited. Madison Avenue recruits people by promising them one of more of the following:

Career advancement;
Dad will finally respect you;
Adventure;
Personal achievement.

Nothing in there ^ about "service."

The pretense of greater patriotism than civilians is stockholm-syndromed into the suckers at boot camp.
