I do not have a big concern about the problematic permanency of grave yards. I DO get that it is an issue we need to confront, and I certainly believe we should pave over and re-use as soon as possible - perhaps a few generations after the last deposit.
But I see it as a not very pressing issue.
I view the wanton contamination of the soil with chemicalized corpses as the bigger issue.

but it is fun- to walk a cemetery- and see a gravestone of a dead person a hundred years old.
