Help curb climate change is the header...
with this in mind, the city of Minneapolis will be taxing it's citizens via their utility bills, IE electric and Gas...while claiming it's only gonna amount to $12 yr or 1$ month which "should collect $8-$10 million annually"...Plan goalsClimate change is already impacting Minneapolis communities. This Climate Equity Plan sets a goal to significantly reduce climate pollution by 2030 and become carbon neutral by 2050.But it’s not just about the environment. It’s about people. This work prioritizes diverse residents, organizations and businesses, especially in our Green Zones. It reduces utility bills and increases green jobs. It creates a healthier, more prosperous future for everyone.

apparently $4 mil will be earmarked to winterize the poor and obviously negro populations...
