Why Don't Home and End Keys work Here?

This seems to be the only website on my numerous current tabs that doesn't let me push home to bring me to the top or bottom to do likewise. Is that a bug or a feature?

Probably. I thought my computer was broken until I found out it was my f10 or f11 key that was being pressed during startup. I'm still using the same keyboard I got from like 8 years ago.
