London like most large cities in The West is a diseased ****. Certainly there may be exceptions.While cities in Russia and China are generally clean and orderly. Seems the West has fallen into disarray.
Possibly Marx was right about late stage Capitalisms decline. It fits the bill. Everything is broken...education,
govt, gender identity, elections distrusted, no actual leaders or statesmen, tent cities, turd filled subways.
