The IDF has referred to the POLICY of keeping population down through violence as "mowing the grass" for decades. It's part of the culture.
The question for America is, why is it SUDDENLY problematic for civilians to die in the desert?
Why has it not been problematic when PALESTINIAN civilians were being killed in bunches - killed as a matter of state policy?
