It amazes me how tunneled in people are about taking sides. 

• Either you are for Russia OR you are for Ukraine. 
• Either you are for Israel OR you support Hamas. 
• Either you are for NATO OR you are not. 
• Either you lick left testicles OR you lick right testicles.

A lot of people, even on this forum, simply cannot grasp that there is no contradiction in saying "neither."

Why? 

When I see some of you pull this ****, I want take a bottle of Viagra, whip my dick out, and then slap you in the face with it multiple times until you bleed out the corner of your mouth.

Agreed, I think it's symptomatic of the media having successfully pushed the majority of people to the extremes of their political positions.. Extremes make far more alarming headlines and sell more copy. It's not enough to not particularly care about Donald Trump, for instance. You have to hate him with the level of vitriol that sane people normally reserve for degenerate psychopaths who torture children to death in their basement - or alternatively, you have to think he's the reincarnation of Jesus. And each side has to be at the throats of the opposers

I remember a time when it was all far more friendly. Might nudge each other under the ribs about respective political positions at times, but ultimately most people had friends from both sides of the political aisle. However, the middle ground that sane people used to occupy, is unfortunately now empty. Sign of the times I guess

I don't tell anyone who they are for.  But, I know myself who I am for. 

When Russia just took Crimea and then decides to take the rest of Ukraine, I support Ukraine's fight against the aggressor/invader, Russia. This is exceedingly clear-cut to me.  And, when Russian shills come out and use **** propaganda blaming it on Ukraine's president being a tranny, on NATO, etc, that gives me further conviction on my position.  That, and my own investigation into the matter

When Hamas attacks Israel, I know what side I'm on.  I'm on Israel's side. What Hamas did was barbaric. The "deniers" can deny it all they want, but it was Hamas that went onto social media to post videos and pictures of what they had done.  3rd Century barbarism is exactly what Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran and other Middle Eastern Muslim nations are all about.  Israel didn't do **** to provoke any attack.  If anything, its been far too restrained in its response.  And, for that Biden **** to go over there and tell them to be "restrained" about how they fight terrorists and then telling them he's going to give 100 Million to Hamas - that's just freaking embarrassing.  Weak.  Embarrassing.  Pathetic.  And bad for America. 

Now, if you ask me whether the United States should be using tax money to fund other country's wars - I would say no.  At least, at this time, when we have an out of control debt and deficit, the answer is emphatically "NO".  Israel can afford to buy munitions from the US.  And, if not, then the Jews can donate their money to Israel so they can buy munitions for their war.  As for Ukraine, I think all of NATO should step in and pound the **** out of Russia.  But, the US should not be expected to go it alone financially or militarily on Ukraine.
