There was a thread on a another forum recently where they lamented how this site had gone downhill because the screaming *** left.
Come to think of it, they were commenting on dot org. This site is much more obscure.

The "liberal" in liberal forum does not refer to the POSTERS.

A little history...
This is a spite site that was created as a splinter from the liberalforum dot org forum that was created back in 2003 I believe.
A bunch of members from the original .org site staged a coup sometime around 2013 I believe, and splintered off into a sister site that was meant to be direct competition for the liberalforum dot org site ... hence the name, liberalforum.net
It's never really been a "liberal" forum, but more of a geriatric playground for misfits and retards.
Most of the original members that defected from the .org site upon this sites creation are no longer here even.
The .org site folded around the first of last year after being active for two decades. From what I understand, Al Franken (yes the former Senator) had a hand in creating the original LiberalForum dot org site and intended for it to be just that... which it probably was for a least a while.
I'm sure CP will chime in and correct the parts I got wrong shortly, but this is the history as I understand it.
