Aviral video shows President Sleepy Joe coughing directly onto an 80-year-old reward recipient of the National Medal of Science and the National Medal of Technology and Innovation. He then went on to grasp the hand of another recipient, awkwardly holding it for a lengthy period of time.

When speaking, the President rambled confusingly about his relationship with the President of the People’s Republic of China, recalling, “I was in the Tibetan plateau with Xi Jinping I spent a great deal of time with him one-on-one, back when I was vice president and since then.” he jumbled his words further, saying, He said, ‘Can you define America for me?' And I said, ‘I can.’ One word, I mean it sincerely, possibilities, possibilities.”

        Its to the point where Joe BIden can walk into an empty room ----- and the room becomes emptier..

During a ceremony today welcoming **** Prime Minister cockpointer to the White House, President Sleepy Joe and cockpointer spoke from a small stage. During his remarks from the podium, The President appeared extremely confused, even reading the quotation marks on the teleprompter out loud.

After delivering these remarks, President Biden required directions off of the stage, standing near the stairs and awaiting directions from what is presumably his Secret Service detail in the audience. Why does Sleepy Joe always need directions off of the stage?.
