why does congress believe their lies?

it is obvious to everyone they are lying. but why do members of congress really believe their lies are true? is it caused by a virus in their brains? new members seam to know when they are lying. then they start acting strange. tell unbelievable lies. and give the public money to world terrorist. justifying it with lies, they believe. and we all know they are lying.

follow the usa congress money gifts to israel. 10% kickback for a few members of congress. both republican and democrat.. plus a 5% kickback to usa media. always follow the money. no kickback, no money from congress.
