While I can't name the source, I heard an interesting poll that most Americans say they are better off financially since Biden took office. The poll also says that most Americans also feel as a whole the economy is worse. I'm not going to express anything about the accuracy of the poll but instead offer a question. The same that Reagan offered in 1984. Are you better off than you were four years ago in your personal finances? Personally I have seen a large wage increase that I believe has outstripped inflation and a COLA increase in my social security check. Be honest with this and please don't attack my source of income.
Nothing is easier than defending the status quo.

I can't eat 600 bucks rise in my property taxes in one year- or the increase in my utility bills? Or even the price of car parts? Bought any lately.

When one is a useful stooge and owned by the Marxist left and the administrative-deep state, the neatly packaged product is domestic terrorism vs. the people.

They’re not capable of learning. The same excitation will ensue  forever like a Pavlovian rat. They love to lie to themselves, it’s like a drug.

I retired a few weeks before Biden took office, we are definitely better off and not just by a little. Of course it didn't have squat to do with Biden, our choices got us here. I like to remain optimistic about the economy (long term anyway) short term could get a little bumpy. Grocery prices are still a bit of a shock, some prices I just simply refuse to pay.

Umm, go Biden???

And it will matter little.... Every election cycle we hear about supposed growing numbers of ****** who are disgruntled & disaffected with the Democrats --- shouting out they are being taken for granted --- they will lose our support etc.....    And come election day, 95% of ****** will continue to throw their Votes in a gang mentality at the Democrat Party...

Biden has no obstacles. Media, Dems, deep state and all the marxists are on Biden's side. Trump had to fight for everything he got us.

I'm definitely better off, and so are my daughters and grandson.

My daughter works in a Dementia unit at a nursing home. She was making $12 per hour under Trump, and makes $22 per hour under Biden. She was barely making it paycheck to paycheck. She has been working a lot of overtime because of the labor shortage, and paid off her new SUV in 2 years. She just bought her land, and will start building a house in the spring.

My grandson wasn't doing very well during Trump. He couldn't make it, and I was constantly having to help him out. He has a job for $28 per hour. He is saving up for a down payment on a condo.

I don't understand how this has to do with Biden or Trump? I have done well under Repub and Democrat presidents and have done poorly under both as well. This OP is begging for partisan politics. Of course the Democrats are going to say it's better under Biden and of course the Republicans are going to say it was better under Trump. Welcome to US politics. That's just how Americans think.

People that got that raise stayed about neutral perhaps.
Seniors got **** bad. Inflation is the Generational Rip Off. Always has been.

People that are happy to leave others behind can gloat.
Please seat yourself.

Way worse off. My wages are about the same and prices have gone through the roof. Additionally, I'm scheduled to retire next year and the 401k hasn't been doing all that great either. It's not a good time for me to be loosing money.

How high can the debt go before it all collapses? Well that is if this idiot doesn't get us into a world war and get us all killed first.

I can't think of a single this that this asshole Biden has done right. Nothing.

so is the wage increase you personal experience or a "just in general"?

while anything helps, I personally feel the cost of **** greatly outweighs the pittance seen in increases... and the cost increases are a direct reflection of gubment monetary dilution coupled with said wage increases...

my neighbor's son just bought a new Ford 1 Ton at 72k MSRP...our homes on 7 acres cost us that much...wait a few yrs when the automakers new contracts take affect...72k will probably be a deal...

Are you better off understanding how evolving works inside out or getting governed to believe nobody knew defining humanity outside in?
