We are doing much better. We sold our home for a huge profit which allowed us to beef up the portfolio and pay cash for our new condo. The stock market has been great for our investments. I also think it is funny to see MAGA morons on here whining about interest rates. They obviously were asleep during most of the last three decades of the LAST century!

Congrats!

Damn Boomers, screwing everything up!

I'm fine with interest rates staying right where they are. People who don't save money don't get it and probably never will.

Always following a professional consensus so anything goes wrong it wasn't your fault the reality fell apart. You aren't correcting the corruption in your own ancestral reality pointing fingers at everyone else doing same thing differently.

what you going to do when intellectual humanity implodes around your ancestral time left evolving uniquely here as equally created to adapt to living eternally separated one of a kind?

The question is your personal finances. Not the economy in general. Is your situation better or not better?

Is the question a topic or issue? personal topic about a situational general issue that manages the population through power of suggestion and anyone not obeying the possibilities will receive a real physical punishment by society.

Gas Prices:

6 million illegals:

The poll also says that most Americans also feel as a whole the economy is worse. I'm not going to express anything about the accuracy of the poll but instead offer a question. The same that Reagan offered in 1984. Are you better off than you were four years ago in your personal finances? Personally I have seen a large wage increase that I believe has outstripped inflation and a COLA increase in my social security check. Be honest with this and please don't attack my source of income.
How did Biden have anything to do with your wage increase...?
I guess if you're one of the millions of Illegal **** Aliens that Biden was told by the Jew World Order to allow into the USA..then yes I am quite sure you saw a huge wage increase versus what you were making down in a Guatemalan tortilla factory.

Does that help with food prices?
Interest rates?
Energy prices?
Gas prices?
Inflation?
Does she eat out at a restaurant?

Yes, it does.  She lives near her work.  Gas prices don't really affect her.  She rarely eats out; usually only when I come to visit.  She cooks at home, and limits her consumption of expensive meats.  At this time she is living in a modest studio apartment, and is putting several thousand dollars in savings per month.

Her rise in income has more than covered the inflation.  She is doing very well.

My grandson is doing the same.  He expects to buy a condo after prices tank when the real estate investors start dumping inventory.
