when "biden the terrorist" starts popping of his nukes. no where in the northern hemisphere will be safe. some radiation will find its way into the southern hemisphere trade winds. but, in the southern indian ocean, diago garcia island has  practically no winds from out of the area winds. in come's the usa. your tax money to build the perfect shelter for congress and "biden the terrorist". they can sunbath, swim in a paradise lagoon, sip their drinks, as they nuke the world. watch, when the rats want to get off usa, and head to the south indian sea, its nuke time!!!!!
