Coming from this man, eldest son of one of the co-founders of Hamas, and a secular Palestinian Arab, it’s probably worth noting.

I started watching it, but I can't deal with the commentator cutting in to give his piece of things. Why can't he just shut the hell up and let the interview play?

I don't find him even a little bit credible. He was an israeli prisoner, and he is convinced that hamas was torturing and killing hundreds of prisoners. Now, MAYBE they were - with the permission of israeli authorities. When people are locked in jail, the JAILERS are responsible for what they are allowed to do. We have no way of knowing that the israelis were not playing mind games, hiring mercs to pose as hamas. We have no way to know what he went through, whether he was subjected to mind control, whether he suffers from stockholm syndrome, whether he is on the israeli payroll and prefers their lap to their boot. We just don't know.
He is less credible to me than the average "man in the street" giving testimony.
What we DO know is that he is a high value propaganda asset for the israelis - an israeli asset by definition. We know they are pleased as **** punch to have a hamas founder's kid on their payroll - and he is certainly on their payroll in some manner or form. How far would israel go to get compliance from the son of a hamas founder? What methods would they employ? When it comes to state intelligence agencies, they ALL see the ends justifying the means - none more so that israel's.
He simply is not the witness you believe him to be. He cannot be seen as credible.

He came across to me as believable, he certainly had the passion for it, and I couldn't detect any inconsistencies. Just my armchair opinion though.
Could he have been programmed by Israeli intelligence as Cannon suggests? Its always possible I suppose....I don't know to debate that.

Just like being a good general citizen REQUIRES not only a healthy skepticism of one's government, but to actually hold it in some level of actual contempt.
