Biden Admin Asks Supreme Court to Strike Down Bans on Trans Procedures for Minors...

The Biden administration filed a petition with the Supreme Court on Monday to overturn Tennessee’s ban on gender transition procedures for minors.
This move by the Department of Justice follows lower court decisions that allowed similar bans to progress in Tennessee and two other states earlier this summer.
Lawyers for the DOJ argued that the bans, which include one in Kentucky, violate the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
DOJ lawyers argued in the petition that the question of whether the “recent wave of bans on gender-affirming care are consistent with the Equal Protection Clause” is of national importance and “requires a definitive resolution.”
“Absent this Court’s review, families in Tennessee and other States where laws like SB1 have taken effect will face the loss of essential medical care,” DOJ lawyers wrote in the petition.

Mutilation of children isn't essential medical care. Only cold comfort comes from knowing these kids will grow up to be sterile progressives.

Children cannot consent to such a thing. The societal understanding is that broadly speaking, a child cannot consent - period. The complications from biologically invasive trans procedures are highly probable, long term or permanent, and horrific. It wasn't so long ago my 9 year old granddaughter decided she was a unicorn. She doesn't think that any more, that was last year. I'm quite glad we didn't have a horn grafted on to her head

It wasn't so long ago my 9 year old granddaughter decided she was a unicorn. She doesn't think that any more, that was last year. I'm quite glad we didn't have a horn grafted on to her head

Don't forget that Biden has "lost" 85,000 children at the southern border, and he ended Trump's "Operation Talon" program that targeted child traffickers bringing kids into the U.S. for sex.
He also ended the DNA testing at the border that showed if kids being brought into the country, were actually related to the adult bringing them in.

biden is losing points every day. and it was his fault america lost the pandas, (a big deal to many) because he wants to give weapons to taiwan.
