look how industry has dumped chain of command system. today it is harmony. workers respect each other. fast communication. just in time deliveries. assholes get the hook. /// in the usa military chain of command systrem, assholes get promoted. and look at the cost to tax payers. fact is only an idiot or asshole joins the usa military.
