Democrats are OUT of CONTROL:

As if the four previous "prosecutorial cow pies" that surround Donald Trump were not ENOUGH, the U.S. Supreme Court soon will step into efforts to bar him from state ballots for Presiident of the United States.   Assorted Trump-ophobes are using the Bill of Rights to DENY Americans the right to vote for or against Trump for president. Specifically, Section 3 of the 14th Amendment disqualifies from high office certain individuals who “shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the , or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.”

This legal theory MIGHT make sense if Trump had been imprisoned for insurrection or rebellion. It might hold water if he had been convicted of insurrection or rebellion.  This boomlet MIGHT even make sense, if the Justice Department, a state attorney general, or some county prosecutor had indicted him for insurrection or rebellion... Unfortunately for Trump haters, NONE of that EVER happened. In a bizarre and totally unprecedented action, Democrats waited until after Trump departed the White House to try him for “incitement of insurrection.” His second impeachment trial resembled an employer firing an employee after he left the company. 

WOW... TALK about ABUSE of POWER, Obstruction of JUSTICE, Election Tampering, and Election FRAUD... the Democrats are engaging in ALL of it with:

1)  The Mueller investigation that was a TOTAL DUD 5 years ago!

2)  The Deep State letter ( DOJ, FBI, CIA)...from 51 high ranking trolls, who SWORE the Hunter Laptop was Russian Propaganda... THAT was ALL a LIE !

3)  The January 6th FIASCO that was ALL contrived by Democrats !

4)  The petty indictments and trials regarding Trumps businesses recently... and THEN the JUDGE refused to permit Trump to make statements DEFENDING himself !

5)  AND NOW legal attempts to KEEP Donald Trump OFF the 2024 Ballot !!

THIS is ALL a Democrat Party TOTALITARIAN attempt to DESTROY Democracy in America, and preserve a FRAGILE POLICE STATE that they (the Democrats) have created and are trying to perpetuate... and KNOW, that another Trump Presidency will DESTROY the ANTI AMERICAN houses of CARDS that they have CREATED ... and GIVE AMERICA BACK TO THE PEOPLE !!!

The Demos BIGGEST problem, is the wet too far... and NOW the American people are getting wise, moving toward Trump, against THEM, and the TOTALITARIAN Hell Hole that the Democrats are trying to create !!

Recent polling has America DISAPPROVING of Biden and the Democrats 55% to 45%... even though MOST Democrats STILL will hold their noses and Vote for Biden AGAIN... because they KNOW Donald Trump leads all other Republicans by 53%... and DO NOT believe Democrat attempts to CONVICT Trump and keep him off of ballots (Which is ELECTION FRAUD because MOST legal scholars say the cases that they have are weak, are attempts to distract, and WILL NOT stand up to legal challenges, and WILL NOT keep him off the ballot)...

Definition of a winner?  I SAY YES... for Donald Trump to:

If that were the case they wouldn't be trying to rig the system by removing him from state ballots. They would be screaming about his obvious faults, trusting that their fellow Americans would never elect a tangerine rapist autocrat. Their actions say something far different. They are deeply afraid of Trump and his agenda. So much so they are willing to do anything to keep him from office. Take advantage of a Chinese virus to crash the economy. Take advantage of a dead drug addict to stir civil unrest. Take advantage of a dumb but mostly peaceful riot to claim insurrection. Reeks of desperation.

DO YOU KNOW Trump has ALREADY been "Impeached"... TWICE by the CORRUPT Democrats... AND:

1)  HE STILL is RUNNING for President !

2)  Is WINNING against the other Republicans (many of who are RINO's) by 61% !

3)  Is WINNING against Joe Biden 55% to 45%... and there are STILL shoes to fall about Joe Biden  !

4)  Is getting support from Blacks, Latino's, Whites, Blue Collar, and Women voters ! and
