does this hold  true for those who have been burned alive in fires...?
What about dying from severe burns over 50% of the body...?
What is the critical "cut off" point here...?

excellent question. if the reincarnation bacteria eats any part of your body, that part comes back in a new life form. cut your nose off, and bury it. new life form will grow. some people want to be shredded, so they can come back in many life forms. twins are the result of dead people being sliced in halve. and so on.

You're still presenting what is an immeasurable and unknowable belief as fact. 
I hate to think that all of the poor souls who were incinerated when Mt Vesuvius blew ...some how had their souls destroyed
I'd like to think that the soul is immortal no matter what happens.

I think the 50 million dead babies since Roe vs Wade was the determining criteria.

In the meantime I'm sort of thankful we only have 40 Million ****** instead of what could have been 80 Million.
