We probably all know by now that AI is a dangerous technology. While the details are murky is anyone hopeful for the future with technology? Or are we heading to some dystopian future? Many point to things like industry and the automobile that led to pollution and industrial/driving accidents. Are we letting out a brighter future for humanity or will this all end in disaster?
Nothing is easier than defending the status quo.

in the past.. old ways were replaced by new ways. Technology simply transformed what someone did... This technology replaces the person altogether. We recently met with the mining industry and the low level miner.. is going away. From 5,400 jobs in 2005 to 3, 250 in 2023. No lack of work.. it is simply being done by machines with one person monitoring them
