An appellate court in Illinois on Friday rejected Jussie Smollett’s challenge of his conviction on charges of filing a false police report about a racist and homophobic attack in 2019.
 Mr. Smollett was sentenced to five months in jail last year but only served six days of the term before he was released on appeal.

He can still appeal to the IL supremecourt.  I believe also it was the prosecutor who said that Jessie can spend xmas at home.  He would report after Jan. pending his appeal if at all.  Imagine that.  A prosecutor has heart and let's someone stay home for xmas...unlike you **** conservtards who wish to lock up everybody.

I thought you people were totally against special privileges...?

Jussie will do just fine in Prison.  He can whore himself out for protection and commissary snacks. He will get all the dick he could ever dream of and make them pay for renting his asshole.

Think of it this way - how would YOU like to be sent to a women's prison where 80% of the inmates are horny white women?
