great looking development. all homes will be rental. no real estate commissions. people moving all the time. why keep adding 6% real state commissions. new family moving in new homes without massive down payments. renters can add unemployment rental insurance. if unemployed, free rent for 6 months. you can increase your rent and get preferred stock, paying 6% dividend, in the company.  (move 5 times. average pay over $150,000.00 in real estate commissions, IN A LIFE TIME. + interest. this also increases the value of homes you pay property tax on. WHAT A RIPOFF. THE NEW ECONO0MY IS HERE.) NO PROPERTY TAX~~~NO HOME MAINTENANCE.

developer does all landscaping and garbage service. this will keep all the jews out.

How much to fix the damages between renters tearing the place up. Oh that is job creation. anyone but myself see the extinction spiral speeding up with this person's ideology in play?

I'm good with this.  All you tit-sucking, freeloading, collectivist people who can't afford to live on property you actually own and who shirk personal responsibiltiy should be warehoused in densely packed, tiny-house districts to make it convenient to know what to target during the next Civil War.
