GDP hit 5.2% last quarter. Higher than all republican presidents this century. Let go Biden.

Banks report SARS if they see transactions that are suspicious...

And you're saying that's not accurate?
Banks FILE reports, they make NO DETERMINATION regarding the activity.

It is not suspicious in isolation.

They are looking for

Any time you pay, wire, deposit or receive an amount nearing $10,000 it generates a report. If it appears part of a pattern, or the origin is not familiar, it will generate a SAR.

By law, you aren't to know it has been filed....and SARs are supposed to remain "confidential" EXACTLY because they are "raw".

Comer is making hay of this because people as **** stupid as you and
@ROG62  have no idea what these things are.

Now tell me who is filling your ear with this ****.

Under the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), financial institutions are required to assist U.S. government agencies in detecting and preventing money laundering, and:
  • Keep records of cash purchases of negotiable instruments;
  •
  • File reports of cash transactions exceeding $10,000 (daily aggregate amount); and
  •
  • Report suspicious activity that might signal criminal activity (e.g., money laundering, tax evasion).

you should learn to read

After being proven WRONG you now are headed into another direction...

Banks report SARS and when Hunter Biden was getting millions from other countries they reported this activity.
What, specifically, have you proven wrong?

You've proven that you can't read.

And someone looked over those SARs and found no underlying suspicious activity.

Ask me how we know.

The key thing that Republicans can't wrap their brains around is that there could be a videotape of Hunter Biden shooting someone in the middle of Fifth Avenue and that STILL wouldn't be an impeachable offense.

Banks report them if they see activity that seems suspicious..

And you say that's not true?
That is not true.

Banks aren't issued the discretion to determine whether the reported transaction is "suspicious". They must file if it fits a description like "+/- $10,000".

They have a KYC obligation, and the feds provide facilities for such work.

That's another.

No more until you tell me whose arm is up your ***.
