Look up "Chicken / Broccoli / Pasta Dump" and treat yourself to a very easy to throw together casserole that takes very little effort but tastes so good.

I substitute low fat milk for the cream and red pepper flakes instead of black pepper.
Grated parmesan is the only cheese you need.
They call this a "DUMP" bc there is very little pre-cooking involved..except for chopping the broccoli, searing the chicken and chopping it into bite sized chunks.
This is a World Class dish .....IMO

the burger has protein but in most cases.. I prefer pizza.
