I lean they could of not banned semiautomatic in Illinois but they chose not to but didn't ban any guns. Right redheaded strang person.

The Supreme Court could of not banned any semiautomatic guns. But they did. But according to redheaded strange person they didn't ban ****.

I don't speak gibberish.

Illinois banned semiauto firearms, and the SCOTUS decided that ruling on it wasn't in their wheelhouse given the arguments presented. It's still a State issue, at this time. (See my siggy)

SCOTUS didn't ban anything.

   They're just being banned from sale not a total ban. People that already own them are good to go. 
Illinois had record sakes of ARs in the weeks preceeding this case coming up.
 Lots of new black guns in the hands of patriots there.

 These "bans" are the best salesman for firearms ever devised.
Everybody should own at least one AR 15.
And maybe a short barrel 12 gauge pump shotgun with extended shell tube and a pistol with high capacity.
