You actually have to CARE about history to understand it, to be informed by it. And they don't. They just have this "feeling" about how everything works - and no idea where the feeling came from.

I don't buy these rankings.  If Russia is so strong why have they defeated Ukraine yet?  It should have been over in the first few months,

I don't know how good the US Army is today.  And we probably never will. And yet, he fires missiles into cities.  Go Figure. Actually, Ukraine or Israel are not ware we should commit troops At this time?  Nowhere.  We haven't been attacked.  THen again, our ships have been attacked as well as our troops OUTSIDE of Israel.  A few well placed missile strikes couple with some AF precision bombing should take care of that.
