Rand Paul Raises Eyebrows With Comments On Fauci’s Link To CIA (msn.com)

Senator Rand Paul made claims about Dr. Anthony Fauci’s involvement with the CIA and his influence on the COVID-19 origins narrative. Paul accused Fauci of orchestrating a cover-up regarding the virus’s origins and questioned Fauci’s visits to the CIA and their potential influence on the pandemic narrative.
Additionally, Paul accused Fauci of lying about funding a lab in Wuhan, China, and bypassing safety committees. “Fauci convinced the scientists in public to say the opposite,” said Sen. Paul. “He commissioned and edited a paper that said that absolutely this did not come from a lab, while privately all of these same scientists were saying in all likelihood it did come from a lab,” he continued. “So there really was an orchestrated cover-up on this,” alleged the senator. “We also now know that he was visiting the CIA scientists, seven of them, voted 6 to 1 to say it came from the lab, and then they were reversed by superiors,” revealed Sen. Paul. “We need to know whether Anthony Fauci influenced the superiors, or perhaps the opposite.” “Did the CIA influence Anthony Fauci?” asked Paul.
“From the very beginning, Anthony Fauci knew he was involved with funding this lab, and he did everything possible. It’s throughout our government. Eight different agencies in our government are covering up their support for this lab in Wuhan,” said Sen. Paul. “We have evidence, yes, that they were dishonest, that Anthony Fauci lied in hearings to me, which is a felony, punishable up to five years! Sen. Paul screeched.
