You all love to tote around how smart and educated you are. You talk about Phds and IQs and all of that ****.

Question: Since you brag about experts and think that you are smarter than you really are, then why the **** do you use a slightly autistic girl, Greta, as one of your spokespeople for climate change?

One way that I can tell if someone is actually smart.... they do not view the world through a binary lens. Truly smart people can't oversimplify complex topics.

Well...he was the president elected by the people. He is in the running again. Greta is just some emotional whining kid.

This I agree. I started a thread a few weeks back about that. It was about the whole Either/Or mentality. People are either for one OR for the opposite thing. It's immature thinking.

Simpletons can't handle nuance or detail. Two options is all they can handle. Any questioning of the source or the data is sacrilege. This tells you that they really never gave it any thought.

also, in the case of some.. they do not want to admit that they do not care. They think that they have to weigh in on every topic and so when you never give something any thought... well then of course you are going to need fewer options and a simpler narrative. Israel, abortion, and Ukraine are topics that I either do not care about or simply do not have the level of expertise that I think is necessary.. so I do not weigh in

Some autistic people are savants.  Unfortunately, Greta is no savant.  I suspect Liberals are trying to capitalize on the "savant" aspect of some so-called autistic people.

Actually, Greta Thunberg has been the spokesperson for the global children's climate change movement, and represents millions of children world wide who are concerned about climate change.

https://www.theguardian.com/environment ... or-climate

After what began as a solo protest in Sweden five years ago and grew into a movement with millions of children across the world participating, Greta Thunberg has taken part in her last “school strike” protest as she graduates from school. The protests, which led to many climate activist movements across Europe, the US and Australia, are known as Fridays for Future or School Strike for Climate.

Thunberg tweeted: “Today, I graduate from school, which means I’ll no longer be able to school strike for the climate. This is then the last school strike for me, so I guess I have to write something on this day.

"When I started striking in 2018 I could never have expected that it would lead to anything. After striking every day for three weeks, we were a small group of children who decided to continue doing this every Friday. And we did, which is how Fridays for Future was formed.

“Some more people joined, and quite suddenly this was a global movement growing every day. During 2019, millions of youth striked from school for the climate, flooding the streets in over 180 countries. When the pandemic started, we had to find new ways to protest.

She added: “We who can speak up have a duty to do so. In order to change everything, we need everyone. I’ll continue to protest on Fridays, even though it’s not technically ‘school striking’. We simply have no other option than to do everything we possibly can. The fight has only just begun.”

Thunberg has become a household name known for her climate activism, and has addressed world leaders about the climate emergency at the United Nations’ climate action summit.

In 2019, speaking on BBC Radio 4’s Today programme, Thunberg said the growth of the school strike movement was “an amazing feeling”.

You find binary "simplistic"?

Are you familiar with this simpleton?

Lol. No stupid ***. Here, let me narrow it down for you. Whatever your stupid liberal sources say ie...CNN, MSNBC, and your brainless legtwing blogs you love, if you take the complete opposite of what they tell you to think, then you will find the truth about Trump.

She's far more measured in her indignation than the Rage Tweeter you deemed fit for the presidency.

And she can do it in two officially recognized languages...

For me to determine whether someone has high intelligence I would typically need to spend some time with them. In essence, I need to see how they think and handle complex matters. Some motivated average people can outperform their IQ's.  Some highly intelligent people exhibit their intelligence only in limited settings and circumstances, but otherwise appear dull on the surface.  If you know how to "push" them, the motivated average person will hit the brick wall hard, where the genuinely bright individual isn't even yet interested in the problem.

Here's the deal, R.Suave, Greta knows nothing of science.  This should be woefully clear to you.  And, without any genuine understanding of science, she's no more than a weird little actor regurgitating someone else's politically charged talking points.
