In that case trump would want it fast tracked.
He doesn't because he knows he isn't immune from prosecution.
He's **** and knows it and is trying to delay the inevitable.
Maybe he thinks if he gets elected president it will all just go away.

Jack **** is notoriously a failed lawyer with only a 40% conviction rate.
Jack **** didn't offer a good legal reason for the justices to break normal appellate procedure and jump the queue over the DC circuit Court of appeals.
His plea was purely political so he can meet his opening trial date of March 4th and get a conviction of President Trump before election day in 2024.
Why can't jack **** be honest with the American people and the courts on why he is trying to expedite this case?

His appointment was purely political... and was only done to serve one purpose. To keep Trump from running in 2024. That's it.
