The Republicans had a total majority for two year under Trump and didn't fix the problems. Why. It's because they don't want to do it.

Now the only thing the republican majority from 2017 to 2019 did was pass a tax cut for themselves and their donors. They had a total majority in all three branches and did absolutely nothing to pass immigration reform. Biden said he can only follow existing law. If you want to change it pass a bill. Why is the Texas governor not putting pressure on Republicans in the house to pass a bill. Because they really just want to play politics with the issue. That's all.
