Nawww, OPEC and Russia will still do as they please. US Tranny Hegemony is over.

Both sides are simply working in their own interests to find a middle ground around $75-$80 barrel.
US needs this due to the dirty, heavy fraqed oil.

Which is GREAT for SA and Russia as their oil is MUCH easier/cheaper to produce.
Russia/SA make money even at $40 oil.

MurKan Fraky oil is dirty and heavy - very expensive to produce
