A Colorado court concluded to the contrary...it was upheld by the state's Supreme Court in part.

I thought in America you had to be convicted first before any punitive action can be taken.  It almost seems these headhunters are engaging in trying to fix a election by denying voter the candidate of thier choice.  These people are on crack.

Colorado Secretary of State said she's keeping Trump's name on the ballot unless scotus says otherwise
