It sure says a lot when you see that idiot Biden has a lower rating than the 3 worst Democrat presidents; Obama, Carter, and Clinton!
And he's earned every bit of that rating. The amazing thing is that there is STILL 39% of the country that doesn't realize it!
They're sure lucky that stupidity hasn't yet been found to be illegal!
