I am going to New York in the new year. I will definitely make sure to drop by on Sunday to be served. A minor act of blasphemy, perhaps, but blasphemy nonetheless.

Sen. Lindsay Graham (R-S.C.) touted his support for fast-food chain Chick-Fil-A Wednesday on his Facebook page. "As a long time Chick-fil-A fanatic, I stand with Chick-Fil-A," he wrote. "We had it for breakfast today, but my usual order is the #1 combo with slaw and a Coke Zero. Can’t beat it."Supporters of the chain, organized by former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee (R), are holding a Chick-Fil-A Appreciation Day to rally around the fast-food chain, which has been under fire after its president made anti-gay marriage comments to the Baptist Press.
 
 

Isn't he from one of the Carolinas? He has no say over what New York does in state. State's rights vs human rights and ancestors are required by rule of law to give up understanding evolving in real time and plain sight.

Admittedly, I am not following this story closely. However, if I heard the report correctly from another room, the proposed legislation has already been changed, from the original proposal, to apply to new leases with the authority and Chick-Fil-A has a very long lease...like 30 years.

Basically a move to grab attention, and (IMO) an overstep of authority. A legislature doesn't have the authority to mandate business hours.
