And if all it took was filing a lawsuit, Donald Trump would still be president.  The point is:  it takes more than merely FILING a lawsuit - which, obviously, any moron can do - it takes finding some court of law that will not laugh at it and dismiss it.

I e never defended Babbit's actions, or necessarily chastised the cop for shooting her... my gripe is that if a white cop had shot an unarmed black woman at a BLM riot like that, the progressive left would have had hom in prison by now.
