How do you examine Constitutional questions WITHOUT examining the "facts" used to make the determination in Colorado??
The SCOTUS will have to establish that the "facts" they established are indeed ACTUAL FACTS and not some invented **** that your side uses constantly!!
AND they will ALSO establish the actual DEFINITION of "insurrection" as it was applied in the alleged "facts" the Colorado courts used!!
SUCK ON THAT ONE LITTLE BOY!! Then go kill yourself.
Beefondler,The SCOTUS will have to establish that the "facts" they established are indeed ACTUAL FACTS and not some invented **** that your side uses constantly!!
