Jose Guadalupe Menjivar-Alas’ bond was set at $250,000 cash only (Mack notes this is a sick joke) by a Colorado judge on Thursday, Fox News reported. He appeared in court virtually from the Broomfield County Jail near Denver on Thursday.

Menjivar-Alas is a citizen of El Salvador and “ICE records show that the subject has been previously removed and has no regard for immigration law,” an ICE spokesman told the outlet. The judge cited community safety concerns, as well as concerns about whether he would show up to court if released. “ Just even the possibility that Mr. Menijvar would be deported if he posts bond is very concerning,” the judge said during the hearing.

Police said they believe alcohol and speeding were contributing factors to the fatal crash. He was booked at the Broomfield County Jail and charged with a DUI, vehicular homicide from reckless driving, and vehicular homicide caused by DUI after he was released from a hospital following the crash.

Before his arrest last month, Menjivar-Alas already had several previous Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) convictions. The spic was first deported in 2009, but he entered the U.S. again. He was removed again in 2013, 2014, and 2015. Prior to his first deportation, he was convicted of a DWI and driving with alcohol in 2007 when he was around 20 years old. He later got DWI convictions again in 2016 and 2019.

At the time of the crash, Menjivar-Alas was actually waiting for a jail bed for yet another alcohol-related driving conviction, The Denver Post reported. He had been sentenced just four days prior after pleading guilty to a DWI, a DUI, and a harassment charge, the outlet reported.

According to the New York Times...Sleepy Joe was resting in his Delaware home and could not be reached for a comment.

   Most of the blame goes to the gutless vote-sucking politicians (D)  who continue to provide the incentive & motivation for people like this refried pile of **** to come here and create American victims........ And of course this colossal failure on our Border is compounded by the fact these repeat Deportees are treated like Salmon caught out of season ---- Catch & Release....

              Even when they are criminals in their own countries, and then commit felonies in ours there doesn't seem to be an effective mechanism in place to properly punish and deter them from re-entering the USA... Why is this so difficult to address?....

              1.  If they come here illegally Deport them.
              2.  If they come here illegally and commit crimes, incarcerate them with a Prison sentence, then Deport them..
              3.  If they illegally re-enter our Country after being previously Deported, incarcerate them for a longer Prison sentence, then Deport them. 
           
             We simply cannot sustain the number of people allowed to enter our country, and they are coming from all over the world... 2023 saw an average of 10,000 encounters on our Southwest Border PER DAY ---- the majority of these being Asylum Seekers.... More than 2.5 Million entered the United States in 2023... INsane.

I had a friend who was in 2 different Federal pens during his sentence.

He was in there with Fidel's Flotial Lifers and said they were in 7 th heaven.

Hi Kobia...I am guessing you are telling me about my mini-virus.  I know I got it here because this is the only page it effected, and I was getting a bunch of ads and pop ups. I had the sameone here before.  I can see PICs and thread titles and know who posted to my thread or someone else's.  Everything else is a blur.  Sometimes I can see someone's post (or mine) for a few seconds.  Usually I can not read all of it but sometimes get enough to get the jist.
