we've had freezing rain winters-
we've had open winters- no snow.
horrible cold winters too.
This year seems to be strange- snow -then horrible rain on top of it.
The only thing i can pin point- that it's odd. We are infested with TICKS. never saw a tick in 30 years...
could be just bug cycles.
