Even black men were getting more jobs, the employment among blacks was climbing before 1964, then it stalled. Since then black women went on welfare, due to fragmented families. It's odd. You would think the opposite would be true , since legal discrimination against blacks was illegal, along with a climbing employment rate among black men. 

Conditions for testing that proposition looked good. Between the 1954 Brown decision and the Civil Rights Act of 1964, legal racism had been dismantled. And the economy was humming along; in the first five years of the sixties, the economy generated 7 million jobs.Yet those most familiar with what was called “the Negro problem” were getting nervous. About half of all blacks had moved into the middle class by the mid-sixties, but now progress seemed to be stalling. The rise in black income relative to that of whites, steady throughout the fifties, was sputtering to a halt. More blacks were out of work in 1964 than in 1954. Most alarming, after rioting in Harlem and Paterson, New Jersey, in 1964, the problems of the northern ghettos suddenly seemed more intractable than those of the George Wallace South.Moynihan, then assistant secretary of labor and one of a new class of government social scientists, was among the worriers, as he puzzled over his charts. One in particular caught his eye. Instead of rates of black male unemployment and welfare enrollment running parallel as they always had, in 1962 they started to diverge in a way that would come to be called “Moynihan’s scissors.” In the past, policymakers had assumed that if the male heads of household had jobs, women and children would be provided for. This no longer seemed true. Even while more black men—though still “catastrophically” low numbers—were getting jobs, more black women were joining the welfare rolls. Moynihan and his aides decided that a serious analysis was in order.

Happier times, indeed.  It is Liberals who should be paying reparations to Blacks for the misery they have created for them over the past 70 years.

Everything we've witnessed during that time frame  was planned well before Rothschild Agents founded, funded and ran the NAACP at the turn of the 20th Century.

The emergence of the illicit drug industry ......
when selling pot, heroin, coke and crack etc.....became easier to make money than being gainfully employed .

This is more of a commentary on human nature than politics. You see the same thing in the poorer (and yet very white) areas in the mid-size cities of the West. Reno, SLC, Boise, Spokane... go to the more rundown parts of town and the drug use goes up. Along with drug use is the selling, distributing, and manufacturing. Why? Bigger paydays and less effort. Dangerous and usually you do get caught in the end but in the short term.. the money is good.

but there is no doubt that The Black community since the early seventies fostered what is now called the "Thug" lifestyle which destroyed nuclear black families because of the illicit drug trade and promises of easy money.....
White nuclear families  didn't catch up to the devastation of the illicit drug trade until the appearance of Meth which devastated both Urban and Rural White America in the 90's....

It takes time for something to filter across society. The illicit drug trade did not start in Salmon, Idaho. Nope.. it started in LA, NY, Miami and then took time to spread across the country. Meth coming about in the 90's was simple coincidence. It took time for folks to concoct a ready made formula for making it. I saw it firsthand. in the beginning, it would come to my hometown of Boise from LA, LV, or PHX. With that comes a lag in distribution and inevitably somebody getting caught along the way. Well.. early 90's and folks started to figure how to make their own. Late 90's, they figured out how to make it in a greenhouse with light bulbs. Usually they added lithium to this. From there, it spread to the rural places being as the old method of making meth was very smelly and noticeable.

The destruction of the nuclear black family has its foundations in LBJs "Great Society" WELFARE **** that he used and defined in his statement "I'll have every *** voting Democrat for the next 200 years". He made sure that any REPUBLICAN who attempted to end it would never be elected- or so he thought. Government became "Daddy" to many black babies, an entire network of government workers started "educating" the black race on how to get the government goodies from housing to food stamps. And as  long as these girls never married, they got them for life.

What's so sad about this entire destruction of the black race BY DEMOCRATS is that they brag about it and then double down on how they are supposedly "helping blacks" out of their misery as they push more into the misery dump THEY created and want more of.

There's only one answer - White people having sex with ******.  If the races never mixed, then Blacks would take their Black kin and potential mates more seriously.  Also, there would be far less pressure by whites to give "free stuff" to blacks.

The death spiral ****** find themselves in today began with LBJ's "Great Society"...... The generational breeding of Negro dependence on Government for Votes by the Democrats has reduced them to the status of Special Needs Children... Much of the blame can also be placed on the post MLK Negro leadership who helped facilitate it for personal & political gain..

I have no empathy for the *** subculture. They made their bed with the left (down, not up) and most are still fighting to stay that way. **** them let them burn out.

You covered the human nature portion of the equation. Now let's look at the cultural aspect.

White folks absolutely look down on the folks that you describe. We do not lionize them. We do not buy their music bragging about their trashy behaviors - assuming they make such. We do not run to their defense when they get sideways with the cops, making their troubles some sort of societal wrong that we need to right. 

So, there in brief is the cultural aspect.

Beware the chain of command system by people demanding human rights to believe real isn't real.
