I We’re sitting at work eating a lunch.  The only big table seats 7-8.  I pull out a bottle of vitamins my sister gave me.
She switched brands and askd me if I wanted the bottle.  I don’t really do a lot of supplements, but I take it since it would have gone to waste (the expiration date is nov 2024).

I pull out the bottle at the table and take 2.  My liberal co-worker (he makes no bones about being liberal) makes a comment about me being anti-science.I always thought that we liberals were at the fore of health foods, alternative medicine, yoga, and whatnot.  I try to look at him, but the rather portly HR woman was in between us, and I couldn’t even see him.  The conversation at the table then changed.

Ask "which science" were they saying you are against? Theoretical physics doesn't explain actual physical results and neither does quantum physics. So why support something that makes people accept something not completely understood, like evolving in plain sight shouldn't be a mystery, a theory or theology.
