The author of the brilliant article in Spanish, “Platicando en Davos” (Talking in Davos), Dr. Victor Andrés Belaunde Gutiérrez, is a Peruvian lawyer and international analyst. He has cast a final rather devastating blow – a Latin American View – at the WEF, Davos 24. Is it representative for all Latin America?Probably not.
