Hate to burst people's bubble, but Section 4 of the 25th will probably never be successfully used to remove a President unwilling to resign. That section allows the VP and either the Cabinet or a body approved by law to jointly agree the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. However, all the President has to do is send a letter to Congress disagreeing with the declaration. If that happens, it takes a 2/3 vote of both the House and Senate to remove the President...and they have 21 days to vote on the removal.

Don't need it.  Elections are coming soon.  And, you're right, Demos won't be able to use that to get rid of Trump either.
