if you buy a track house, using a real estate person. you will pay around $76,000.00 in extra interest over the term of your loan. real estate sales people are a parasite. not needed. their cost is the last thing you are paying off. i never use a real estate parasite. go to title company with buyer or seller. fill out a form. done. so simple. open sales between buyer and sellers is so great. sales sluts sucks.

Yep, the eCONomy nowadays consists of rent seeking and money shuffling schemes. Real labor (besides a few occupations in HC tech trades) pays squat.

bonded builder + material cost = 's affordable housing. real estate sluts + government permits and regulations = 's people living in tents.  licensed bonded builder covers all defects. no need of inspectors.

In Kalifornyuh people are still forking over cash for $2M houses and inspections are often waived.
