Israel helped create Hamas, so in a indirect perspective, it kind of was an inside job. Let's be honest, that attack was a blessing in Israel's minds. Now they have their excuse to get 100% of that land...which they were eventually going to get anyway, but they probably wanted to expedite the process because they love bloodshed. 

Motive: To finally wipe the Palis off the map.

You have to admire those 1600 Jews that volunteered to sacrifice their children and be willing to have their own heads cut off......all for some mud huts and rock gardens.

We already went through this. I really hate repeating myself. It is so obnoxious. Ok one more time: Jews and Hams are equally barbaric. One practices barbarianism from the ground, the other does it from the air and inside a tank.

Is this anything like Hamas sacrificing the Palestinian people to try and solidify the Arab world against Israel?

Hamas not only knew exactly how Israel would react to 10/7, they were counting on it.

Hamas not only knew exactly how Israel would react to 10/7, they were counting on it.

Maybe. If that is the case, then I retract my OP. However, I think the Arab world doesn't care much about the Palis. If they did, then they would take in refugees, but they aren't.

I agree, but regardless of how the Arab world reacted it still doesn't discount Hamas' motives.

There simply is no other reason they would go through with the 10/7 attack other than to incite a retaliation so fierce from Israel that the not just the Arabs, but the world itself, would line up against Israel.

Radical elements like Hamas are concerned with the destruction of Israel far more than they are the plight of the Palestinians. They would sacrifice every man woman and child in Gaza if it meant destroying Israel.

There is no doubt in my mind about that.

As to your OP, I total believe that Israel could have willingly allowed 10/7 to happen as well, as a means to an end.

Neither side has anywhere near clean hands. They both suck.

Well gee...I don't know. I mean the Pali death toll has now passed 25k, and over 4k of those are children. So if that doesn't change your mind then I don't know what to say.
