Delaware has laws on the books providing harsh penalties for elder abuse, which includes not seeking treatment for an elderly spouse who is mentally and physically impaired.
Joe Biden is the PERFECT definition of mental and physical impairment, yet Jill Biden has NOT had him committed to an institution. She is, accordingly, engaging in elder abuse.
Why has she not been prosecuted and jailed?
