Deductive reasoning says that the short bus in the photo (your short bus) has a Tard-approved exhaust pipe.  But, that's ok, I don't expect you to have the capability of extrapolating that information using logic, reasoning, observation, experience and intelligence.   Oh, and before you tell me that it could be an EV short bus and therefore not have an exhaust pipe, you would again be wrong.  Because, I am 4 steps ahead of you and have already investigated that.
