My first day in office I would get rid of Homeland Security, Fed.Education Dept. EPA and Welfare. Then I would start getting rid of useless regulations, and authorize lethal force to repel Illegals.

11 Weeks post election prior to inauguration

Week 1 and 2 after being elected - I would start assembling my cabinet and agency heads and refine my agenda
Week 3 start setting up meetings with Republicans in the House and Senate over my agenda
Week 4 and 5, I would be working with my shadow cabinet and key republicans to identify all agencies that can be cut or terminated. https://www.usa.gov/agency-index
Week 6, formulate a plan for my budget, where and why I want to slash.  I would most definitely slash the military budget by at least 20%
Week 7, formulate my foreign policy objectives; learn key agency heads like the back of my hand.
Week 8-11, work on transition into office, continue to research agency heads and go deeper into their underlings.
Week 8-11, have first batch of executive orders prepared in advance for execution on first day of office.
Week 8-11, have my judicial team get ready with judicial appointments.

So, by my first day, I would want to be prepared to have most key agency heads terminated and replaced. If this is impossible, then I would have a hard deadline to for me and my team to make this happen within the first 3 months of my administration.

My acronym would not be MAGA.  It would be...SFTD
(stop **** the dog)

* "**** the dog" dating back to 1935, when it appeared in Jack Conroy’s novel A World to Win. And there are even a couple of examples from the World War I era that refer to the expression obliquely, in the more decorous, and therefore more printable, versions "feed the dog" and "walk the dog." Whether the action was feeding, walking, or fornicating, though, all of these early examples were used to mean "to loaf around" or "to waste time" (dogs have often been associated with laziness, as in the expression "dogging it"). Later on, possibly around World War II, "**** the dog" and its euphemistic equivalents took on a secondary meaning of "blundering."

I don't fantasize about that. I know I am unelectable by people preferring to believe life isn't self evident.
