Just grind up synthetic rubber from old tires and mix it with gasoline.  Filter out any remaining solid substances. Use propane as a propellant.  Have fun, kid.

Heck if I wasn't born that way.  From an early age, I had a fascination with chemistry and blowing **** up. But, I also figured out at an early age that I wouldn't be long for this world if I kept messing with this.  Once upon a long long time ago, I was inclined to try and make some nitroglycerine. Even had what I needed to make it.  I read a little more about this, and decided against it - too dangerous to do in my parent's garage.  I wised up and found other hobbies.

Human flesh is a poor choice for anything water proof or even leather jackets. Too thin and fragile. Might be better suited for fine parchment.
