What I hope to find if I continue digging is a study that furnishes a  list of the most common mental disorders that are  found among  mentally ill Liberal kids.
Judging from the Liberals at this forum one would expect to see COMPULSIVE LYING high on the list.

"According to a new report, children raised by conservative parents are significantly more likely to have a stronger relationship with their parents and are at much lower risk of developing mental health disorders than children raised by liberal parents."     

In 2021, the Children’s Hospital Association (CHA), the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry declared “a national state of emergency in child and adolescent mental health.”

When I  was a kid the USA population was less than 1/2 than what it is today.
1/2 as many chances for extremely crazy stuff to happen....plus much less friction and more distance  between everyone in general.
A generation of 100 Million  social media addicted kids raised indoors and playing Black Ops Commando ..might have triggered  a few  "mass shooters"...?

There is more than one aspect that you could dive into here but for one we learned to deal with bullies. They become less troublesome after they were punched in the face. Our father taught us how and when to do that. while the school did discipline, it wasn't the big deal that it is today. They recognized that kids need to work these things out. Now kids are forced to endure with no recourse that's tolerated. eventually something has to give.

Note I mentioned a father. Most of us had two parents in the house. In fact most of us had a father who was at work during the day and a mother who was at HOME! If that seems sexist, switch it around and it still works.

Children are now taught to put way too much emphasis on how they feel about a thing. It doesn't matter that 2+2 = 4. What's important is how you feel about it. If you don't feel good about the FACT that you're a boy, you can pretend to be a girl and the rest of the idiots will play along. They're putting tampon dispensers in schools boy's bathrooms for **** sake.

Yes, we didn't have video games. Hell we didn't really even have TV...not like today. I grew up with one set in the house. The kids might have access for a short time before/after school or on a Saturday morning but we weren't permitted to spend much time in front of the TV. Most of the TV time was after dinner and then we watched whatever Mom and Dad were watching.

I mentioned dinner. With rare exceptions we had dinner as a family every night. It was next to impossible to get out of it. Up until the time I moved out my parents house I was expected to be there on time for dinner...unless I was working or there was some school function.

Oh school and work. If we weren't a full time student we had to contribute financially. It wasn't because the folks wanted our money. It was so we could learn how to take care of ourselves so we could manage it for the rest of our lives. You were going to get up in the morning and do something productive. 

Kids were held accountable and most (even the trouble makers) kept our behavior within certain limits because we didn't want our families hurt or ashamed of us.

We could go on but it seems the whole world is more **** up every day. As soon as you think it can't get any crazier they take it even further beyond the pale.

We could go on but the progressives should learn to enjoy their school shootings because they are only going to happen with greater frequency.
