How is having to state your immutable, unequivocal, biological sex on your driving licence, in any way 'terrifying' or 'transphobic'? Your identity remains intact - but your biological facts (for instance, your biological sex) remain facts, and also remain quintessential to who you are. It's no surprise that people are more interested in who you actually are, than who you want to project you are.
