You realize this new weapon fires a 7.62 but the military design is 6.8mm. You should understand the difference in design.

It's looks like just another AR-10. Wait, I do see one big difference, that's a folding stock. Which means no buffer tube. This weapon is a 7.62 x 51. The Army wanted a heavier round than the 5.56 because in battle the 5.56 has had issue in battle. It is not the super round that the gun ignorant were told it is.
